Large detailed, rendered scenes require large, powerful computers to crunch the millions of polygons needed
to 3D render a scene. These machines have huge and expensive graphics cards and CPUs with large fans to
cool them both. The CPUs on these machines nowadays have water-cooled systems, with tubes and coolers,
to keep them from overheating and running smoothly.
With the next generation of Ai-designed computers, manufacturers will be
implementing complex systems and more break-throughs as GPUs
(graphical processing units) combine with CPUs (Central processing units)
on the same integrated chips, instead of hardware being separated on
opposite sides of a system bus. The new generation of graphics and
processing chips will be combined for speed, efficiency and raw power for
complicated scenes with thousands of objects, intricate lighting and mind blowing animation, which means software will require more speed and
memory to operate year after year.
